Hyatt Regency Arriving to Novi Sad – Complex with 235 Rooms, Congress and Spa Center to Be Built in Hotel Park Location (PHOTO)
The agreement on the construction and development of Hotel Hyatt Regency Novi Sad was signed by the vice president for development at Hyatt International Group, Takuya Aoyama, and the director of the company Inobacka, Vukajlo Babic.
The hotel will have 235 rooms, a congress center on 1,900 m2 for 925 people, nine meeting rooms, a ceremonial hall on 800 m2 for 300 people, a spa center with a view to the Futog Park of 1,500 m2 with one indoor pool and two outdoor ones, an outdoor gym and an underground garage on two levels for 300 vehicles, and it will also use medicinal water.
Upon the opening, which is planned for 2026, around 250 people from the hotel management sector will be employed, the announcement says.
It is added that this hotel-business complex will give priority to the use of so-called green energy, in line with LEED standards and the carbon-free system.
The senior vice president of operations for Europe, Africa and the Middle East at Hyatt International Group, Srdjan Milenkovic, stated that Hyatt Novi Sad would follow all the required sustainability standards and that it would truly apply what’s very important, namely, the strengthening of quality and investments in human resources, and added that they were grateful to Inobacka for enabling their involvement in that project.
The vice president for development at Hyatt International Group, Takuya Aoyama, reminded that the first Hyatt in Serbia had opened 32 years before in Belgrade.
