The export of goods from Serbia to China in 2022 reached the record amount of USD 1.2 billion and there are more and more Serbian companies which see a perspective in exports to that country, especially when it comes to food and consumer goods, stated the minister of domestic and foreign trade in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Tomislav Momirovic.

Following a meeting with a Chinese business delegation which was headed by Zhang Yan, the director of Ningbo Bureau of Commerce, Momirovic pointed out that Chinese provinces were increasingly opening to cooperation with Serbia and that Ningbo intended to import goods worth several billion dollars from CEE countries.
