DIP doo Novi Sad Planning Extension, Reconstruction and Repurposing of Existing Facilities into Aluminum and Non-Ferrous Metals Foundry

The company DIP doo from Novi Sad is planning an extension, reconstruction and repurposing of the existing facilities into a foundry of aluminum and non-ferrous materials.

The location which is the subject of this Urban Project consists of the cadaster parcel no. 11 KO Novi Sad III in Novi Sad. The area covered by the urban project is 6,351 m2. The location features an industrial complex for the production and sale of non-ferrous metal castings.

The physical structure in the location consists of a total of 10 facilities, nine of them in the current state and one which has been reconstructed and extended (of the existing four) and repurposed into a foundry of aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
