In order to meet customer demand and the realization of future projects, TPV Sumadija plans to build another facility in the location next to the existing factory, whereby, as director Zoran Rajic expects, the number of jobs would increase at least 50%, according to the official website of the City of Kragujevac.

Mayor Nikola Dasic has visited TPV Sumadija, where he met with Ivan Erenda, the CEO of TPV Automotive from Slovenia, and Zoran Rajic, the director of TPV Sumadija, on which occasion he talked about the possibilities of the expansion of the production of the factory, which had been operating in Kragujevac since 2005.

– I am very satisfied with today’s meeting with the mayor, because we have support in our decision to expand the production and realize new projects in Kragujevac – Erenda said.

TPV Automotive has five facilities in Slovenia, in which close to 1,300 people are employed, and one in Serbia, TPV Sumadija, which employs over 100 workers. In Kragujevac, they produce parts for global giants of the automotive industry, such as Daimler, Grammer, and as director Rajic points out, at the moment, they are realizing a big project for BMW, which pertains to the production of electric vehicle components.
