Investments of Minth United Alloy-Tech Europe in Northwest Industrial Zone in Sabac – Company to Produce Sophisticated Equipment for World-Class Automotive Companies

Minth United Alloy-Tech Europe, a company which produces aluminum casings for electric car batteries and operates in the Northwest Industrial Zone in Sabac, currently employs 135 people, and the plan is for 161 workers to be employed by the end of the year, the mayor of Sabac, Aleksandar Pajic, said while visiting the production facility.

– Since this is the first phase of the investment, the second phase is planned as well, in which Minth will invest over EUR 67 million and build a facility which will spread on 28,150 m2. The total value of the investment, including the first and second parts, will amount to over EUR 110 million. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art world-class machines and, upon the completion of the second phase, it will employ a total of 400 workers – said mayor Pajic, who, in addition to visiting the facility of the first factory, had the opportunity to make sure how the works were going on the construction of the second factory of Minal Europe Green Material, which will process aluminum.

As he said, the third Minth factory, of 84,000 m2, is also being built, and 1,000 citizens of Sabac will find jobs there, while the plan is for the construction of the fourth factory, Minth Metal Parts Balkan, to also begin by the end of the year.

– Minth will invest EUR 300 million in the Northwest Industrial Zone for its production facilities. The operations will be done with highly sophisticated equipment for world-class automotive companies and over 1,500 workers will be employed. All these investments will have an impact on the high standard of living of the citizens and on Sabac as a city of the future – Pajic stated, as announced on the official website of the City of Sabac.

Minth United Alloy-Tech Europe started mass production at the end of last year.

– Our product is aluminum for modern electric cars which are produced at the moment. We are slowly entering the phase of production and the phase of exports. The factory has 25,000 m2, and the entire area of this facility amounts to over 100,000 m2. We invested EUR 50 million in the first phase – pointed out the director of Minth UATE, Shubing Syong.
