Simpo Selling Facilities in Vranje, Pancevo, Leskovac, Bujanovac and Cicevac

The company Simpo ad Vranje has advertised the sale of warehouses in Leskovac, Pancevo and Bujanovac, as well as business buildings, building land and assets in Cicevac.

According to the ad documentation, the warehouse in Leskovac is located in Tekstilna Street and has an area of 4,440 m2. The initial price for this piece of real estate is RSD 81.89 million.

The second piece of real estate that has been offered is the warehouse in Pancevo at 2 Ljubomira Kovacevica Street, with an area of 248 m2. The initial price of this warehouse is RSD 25.5 million.

The third lot consists of two office spaces in Pancevo offered at an initial price of RSD 16.2 million.

A warehouse in Bujanovac has also been put up for sale at an initial price of RSD 62.5 million.

The facilities, land and assets owned by Simpo which are located in Cicevac are offered at an initial price of RSD 107.78 million.

The opening of the bids is scheduled for February 7, at noon, at the premises of Simpo ad Vranje at 12 Radnicka Street.
