Bosch Opens New Business Unit at Factory in Pecinci

Bosch has officially opened its new business unit in the comfort actuators factory in Pecinci, where car window lifters will be produced.

– With this special milestone, we are realizing the expansion of new jobs for Bosch in Serbia – pointed out Jorg Kretzschmar, Pecinci Plant Manager at Bosch Serbia.

The new production unit has brought another 300 jobs at the factory.

– The opening of a new business unit means that we are expanding our range of products, which brings us a step closer to becoming the leading Bosch factory in the automotive industry. For our people, this means more jobs, so the entire facility in Pecinci will have around 3,000 employees by the end of this year – said Frank Deck, Bosch Technical Plant Manager.

The marking of the beginning of serial production was also attended by Jovanka Jovanovic, General Manager at Bosch Serbia, as well as representatives of the municipality of Pecinci and the Development Agency of Serbia.
