Tender for Construction of Regional Landfill Kalenic Published

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Ministry of Environmental Protection have published the tender for the construction of the new sanitary landfill Regional Center Kalenic.

The works also entail the construction of the accompanying infrastructure, access road, power line and the installation of equipment.

The construction of the regional landfill Kalenic near Ub has been announced for years now, and the latest announcements by the authorities specified the beginning of construction for 2023. The estimated value of the investment is around EUR 31.5 million, and the majority of it is to be financed by the EBRD.
