The British offer €3m worth of business deal to Serbian textile companies
The representative of British company Next, Steven Hasvel offered business deal worth €3m to Serbian textile companies. The offer is about production of 600,000 shirts. If the cooperation is established, 1.5 million clothing pieces will be ordered and made on annual basis. The condition is that the big companies that can provide production continuity join the business.
SIEPA and Union of Textile Companies organized Hasvel’s visit to factories Javor, Rudnik, Požega and Svrljig. Also, employment of capacities of Loznica-based Mona is taken into consideration, since it is out of work at the moment, although it can hire 500 workers.
