Vesic: Ministry’s 2023 Budget EUR 2.5 Billion
– Infrastructure costs money. For example, look at the highway from Pozega to Kotroman. One third of it is full of tunnels, another third is full of columns, and another third is full of embankments. If you are building through various parts of the country, if you want to do the job right, the construction of the infrastructure simply costs money – Vesic said for TV Prva.
According to him, the budget for next year is RSD 40 billion higher than in 2022.
– When all the capital projects we will carry out in 2023 in Serbia (in all sectors) are put together, the total sum is EUR 3.6 billion. That is the biggest capital investment compared to all the countries of the Western Balkans combined – Vesic added.
