Traditionally, this time of the year, the renowned fish restaurant “Sent Andrea” is organizing
a festival of sea food specialties “Ada Bojana Days”.
Each day, local fishers will send fresh catch from the confluence of the Bojana in the Adriatic Sea to Sent Andrea, where the food will be prepared according to traditional recipes by the restaurant’s chefs and their colleagues from the famous restaurant Cickova Carda from Ada Bojana.
In addition to the most valued kinds of sea fish and sea food, Sent Andrea’s menu will also feature eel brudet, Ulcinj thinlip mullet, leerfish, little tunny and greater amberjack.
