No Purchasers at First Sale of Srpska Fabrika Stakla – Sole Offer 50% Lower Than Estimated Value, Decision up to Board of Creditors

No purchaser has been found for Srpska Fabrika Stakla, because the only legal person that met the requirements for taking part in the sale through the method of public collection of bids offered a price that is 50% lower than the estimated value, said the spokesperson of the Commercial Court in Kragujevac, judge Sasa Milosavljevic, citing the data obtained from the bankruptcy supervisor of the glass factory, Svetlana Simeunovic, reported the website of the Municipality of Paracin.

According to him, the bankruptcy supervisor has sent the offer for the purchase of Staklara to the members of the Board of Creditors, the secured creditor and the pledge creditor, to decide on. They will make a decision within 15 days of the date of the submission of the request.

The property of Srpska Fabrika Stakla, which, among other things, includes a business complex, a large number of buildings, equipment, supplies and claims, has been estimated at RSD 10,181,000,000.

The sale was advertised in early September.
