Property of ABC Food Factory Being Sold for Over EUR 4.5 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor of the agricultural combine ABC Food has advertised the first sale of the property through the method of public collection of bids.

Said property is split into 11 lots that are being sold, and some of the most valuable immovable property includes: a cooling plant of 3,782 m2, a production hall of 3,000 m2, a head office building of 167 m2, an open hall of 448 m2, an agricultural building of 448 m2, construction land of 121,102 m2 and other items.

All this property, with all the other facilities and equipment makes up lot no. 1, whose value has been estimated at RSD 510,832,386, and it is located in the cadaster municipality of Ruski Krstur.

The remaining lots also contain business facilities (a head office building, a mill, auxiliary and agricultural buildings), land (forests, meadows, agricultural and construction land), hospitality and residential facilities. Lot 11 consists of a combine machine whose value has been estimated at RSD 6,002,247.

The total estimated value of all 11 lots, all the offered property, is RSD 562,443,352, or EUR 4.68 million.

Participation requires the payment of the deposit, which is 20% of the estimated value per lot.

Bids may be sent until October 28.
