Brnabic: Price of Electricity for Economy Not to Grow to EUR 120 per MWh
On TV Pink, she said that the price of electricity in the market varied from EUR 350 to over EUR 600 per megawatt-hour and added that the state subsidized the price so as to make the economy more competitive.
The prime minister also said that Serbia had over 150,000 tons of mazut at that moment and that another 30,000 tons more had been ordered so that the country would be entirely sure that there would be enough of it.
The prime minister of the government also denied the information that Belgrade only had mazut reserves for another three days and added that it could be checked with the competent services.
Also, Brnabic said that, in 2022, a record low unemployment rate of 8.9% had been recorded and that the country had attracted around EUR 2.7 billion of direct foreign investments.
She also denied the claims that the state had set aside EUR 40 million for Europride.
