In 2005 Colliers Serbia and Montenegro became the exclusive leasing agent for the Delta Shopping Malls projects, thus starting a long and fruitful partnership with one of Serbia’s largest companies – Delta M (part of Delta Holding).
The first shopping mall will be located in New Belgrade’s Block 67, an area well connected to all parts of the city. Delta City 67, as it is named, will be finished in mid 2007, and will offer almost 30,000 m2 of gross leasable area including attractive anchor tenants such as Zara, Nike and Mexx, Cineplex, food court and cafes, and over 1,700 parking spaces.
Delta City 67 will be Belgrade’s first international-style shopping mall, representing a pilot project in this retail segment of the real estate industry.
In addition to Delta City 67, a shopping mall in Montenegro is to be completed at the beginning of 2007. This development will be located on Podgorica’s Radoje Dakic Boulevard, the main road leading to the coast and Western Montenegro. The mall will be constructed on one level (approximately 17,000 m2) with an option to build an additional 13,000 m2 on an upper level. It will contain 54 retail units and over 700 parking spaces.
