Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, has announced the launch of direct flights between Nis and Zurich. Flights from Constantine the Great Airport will operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, during the holiday part of the upcoming winter season.

The first flight is planned for December 17 of the current year, while the last flight on that seasonal line will operate on January 14, 2023. Tickets are already on sale.

– We are extremely glad that we can offer our passengers a fast and direct route between Nis and Zurich during New Year and Christmas holidays. In this way, we secure good connections between the largest Swiss city and the south of our country. For now, the flights are seasonal, but depending on passenger interest, we will consider its continuation – stated Bojan Arandjelovic, Air Serbia’s Head of Network Planning and Scheduling.

Aside from the abovementioned direct seasonal flights, passengers will still be able to travel between Nis and Zurich during winter season the same as before – via Belgrade.
