The Deposit Insurance Agency has advertised the sale of a part of the immovable and movable property of the Development Bank of Vojvodina through the method of public collection of bids.
Property is being sold in Backi Petrovac, Kula, Belgrade, Kanjiza, Stara Moravica, Sopot, Ada, Ugrinovci, Apatin, Sremska Kamenica, Sid, Kraljevo, Jazovnik, Azanja, Leskovac, Velika Ivanca, Smederevska Palanka, Medvedja, Kruscic, Sjenica, Mandjelos, Lezimir, Prijepolje.
Two vehicles are up for sale as well.
The highest estimated value is EUR 2,563,000, and the lowest one is EUR 689.
The most expensive item is the production-warehouse complex in Backi Petrovac, consisting, among other things, of the production hall, a silo, a weighbridge, as well as an oil plant processing factory complex.
The deposit payment and the submission of bids may be done by September 27.
