Delta maxi joins competition for takeover of stocks of Optika
The offer for takeover of company for design and sale of optical goods Optika from Belgrade was yesterday announced by Belgrade-based trade company Delta maxi, which made it the sixth competitor in the race for majority ownership. Through its agent Delta broker, Delta maxi had offered the price of 2,700 CSD per stock of "Optika", the Central Securitieis Registry (www.crhov.co.yu) announced on its web site. The offers for takeover of stocks of Optika have been, so far, delivered by five companies, three domestic and two foreign ones.
