Trade cooperation with Spain could reach EUR 1 billion - Bilateral agreement and business forum in October announced

Trade cooperation with Spain has increased significantly lately and could exceed the value of EUR one billion for the first time this year, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Saturday after a meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who is on an official visit to Belgrade.

Vucic has also announced a large business forum in October, in which Spanish and Serbian businessmen will participate - the official website of the President of Serbia reported.

Sanchez's visit marks the first visit of a Spanish prime minister to Serbia.

The signing of an economic bilateral agreement at the state level was announced at the joint conference of the officials of the two countries.
