Stara Planina Could Get New Tourist Complex with Restaurant and Bungalows
The Urban Project for the construction of the tourist complex in the cadaster municipality of Crni Vrh, municipality of Knjazevac, is up for a public presentation. The investor is the private person Sandra Mojic, and the designer is Nikovic Company from Belgrade.
The project covers two parcels, one of 1,591 m2, the other of 5,259 m2. The proposed re-parcellation plans their unification in the part where it is possible within the general regulation plan, so that a new building parcel is formed, of 4,218 m2, on which the construction of the new complex is planned.
The location on Stara Planina leans, on its south side, on the uncategorized road which is envisaged within the plan to be a new street – Nova 1.
– Within the urban project, the construction of facilities in the function of tourist accommodation is planned. The tourist complex is designed as three units with free-standing facilities. The day-use facility with technical rooms (and a restaurant) is planned in the central part in the south position of said parcels. The overnight stay facility is planned in the southeast part of the parcel, next to the day-use space, and 5 bungalows are planned in the west part of the parcel – the urban project points out.
The gross area of the facilities on the parcel is 884 m2.
The public presentation is open until August 1, until which date suggestions and complaints can be sent.
