Government Adopts Decree on Allocation of Additional Tourist Vouchers

The Serbian government adopted today the Decree on the terms and manner of allocation and use of funds to encourage the improvement of tourist traffic of domestic tourists on the territory of the Republic of Serbia for 2022, which approved additional tourist vouchers in the value of RSD 15,000 or RSD 10,000 for those who have already used vouchers in the value of RSD 5,000.

– The vouchers, which must be used by October 31 this year, are intended for pensioners, the unemployed, beneficiaries of special benefits, of the right to assisted living, employed persons whose income does not exceed RSD 70,000, war invalids, holders of agricultural holding, and students – it is announced on the website of the Government of Serbia.

As said, during 2022, 100,000 vouchers worth RSD 5,000 have already been issued, and a significant part has been used, which stimulates the stay of domestic tourists in the country and affects the increase of the average number of overnight stays by domestic tourists.
