Eco urban planning is a concept which entails the construction of modern-design facilities, with the application of traditional materials, which are environmentally friendly. Those who advocate this kind of construction say that it results in quality places to stay at, have a good sleep and an even better vacation.

It is precisely one such settlement that has found its place on Cigota, only six kilometers away from the Gostilje Waterfall. A-shaped houses, adapted to mountainous areas, are on offer exclusively, and the interior is made of the best quality wood.

– Eco Settlement 360 is far enough from the bustle of Zlatibor, while still close enough that you can reach the center in 15 minutes and enjoy a walk, a night out and a wide variety of features that the mountain offers. Therefore, in addition to being able to decide to come over here occasionally or live in such facilities with accompanying yards, the investors can also rent them out later on and make a return on their investment – they say for our portal.

For now, Eco Settlement 360 is oriented and focused on its own projects.
