After offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Cacak, the software company Endava opened a development center in Nis. From the Nis office, various software products in the field of finance, media, mobile applications, retail, logistics and medicine will be developed for over 680 clients around the world. By opening its fifth location in our country, Endava aims to hire IT experts from southern Serbia and thus contribute to the decentralization of the domestic IT market - the announcement states.

According to Remi Savu, Endava's regional manager for the Adriatic region, opening an office in Nis is a natural move, as it is a city that is becoming an increasingly important center on the IT map of Serbia:

- In this part of the country, we recognize a good combination of IT experts, good technical faculties, good knowledge of the language and, of course, a good work culture. These are all important factors for successful business. The office in Nis was opened only a year after the one in Novi Sad, and this rapid expansion, which we are currently recording, both in Serbia and in the region, encourages and confirms that we are on the right path - Savu said.

With annual employment growth of over 35% in all 25 countries in which it operates, Endava is continuously working to expand its teams, both globally and in Serbia. The new development center in Nis will provide numerous opportunities for local engineers, as it will employ developers and IT experts of all profiles.

- We currently have as many as 15 different positions open - frontend and backend developers, test automation engineers, project managers, cloud data engineers, business analysts and many others.
I believe that the opportunities we provide for career development within the company, the opportunity to work with large and respectable clients, the latest technologies, will attract young and talented professionals. On the other hand, we will try to work closely with the University of Nis in order to develop quality programs in line with market needs - said Aleksandar Radivojevic, manager of the Business Analysis Sector in Endava, in charge of developing this location.

Concluding with Nis, Endava has expanded its business from two to 16 locations throughout Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and North Macedonia, all within the past two years. As a company with over 11,000 employees worldwide, Endava has a continuing need for engineers of various profiles - the announcement states.
