Paysend, a global fintech company with seven million clients, has announced that it has opened its new European Technology Center in Belgrade.
The new technology center will focus on the development of software and products and is a confirmation of the reputation of Serbia as one of the leading tech centers in Europe, with a growing community of well-known high-tech companies and fintech startups which come to Serbia thanks to the good location and the internationally recognized know-how and skills of our people.
The goal of Paysend is to directly contribute to some of the innovative tech initiatives that Serbia is working on at the moment, including cooperation with the National Bank of Serbia on testing payment solutions and products for bank payments, joining the Digital Serbia Initiative in drafting fintech laws, as well as the development of a digital economy of Serbia.
