Hotel to recommend - Belgrade-based Crystal justified the title of "new star of Vracar"

The Church of St. Sava is a symbol of Belgrade, while Vracar, the borough where the world's largest orthodox church is situated, represents the artistic, literary and intellectual center of the capital city of Serbia. Two museums, four theaters, the National Library, the Park of Karadjordje, as well as famous cafes where poets, writers, directors, journalists and bohemians used to gather, form an elite quarter, which is an inevitable spot on the tourist map of Belgrade.

In the vicinity of the church, in Internacionalnih Brigada Street, surrounded by authentic rustic buildings, there is four-star Crystal design hotel. By reconstructing it from the foundations to the roof, the workers from Deneza M constructed a new building, which was named "the new star of Vracar" by the media upon its opening in March 2010.

Summing up the achieved results, Dejan Pejcinovic, the Director General of the hotel, points out that their best reference is that the guests are coming to the hotel at the recommendation, as well as that, in the opinion of the guests, Crystal is the best-rated four-star hotel in Belgrade.

- According to the data from the online booking system booking.com, 20% of people book rooms in our hotel because they are recommended to do so. On that website, we are continuously positioned as the best-rated four-star hotel in Belgrade in the last six months, with the average mark of 9.1 - says eKapija's interlocutor.

In spite of the fact that the hotel is "young", the management is satisfied with the results achieved so far and they are of the opinion that they are well-positioned in the hotel offer of Belgrade.

- Crystal hotel 4**** is a garni hotel, which offers the guests the basic service of bed&breakfast. We are focused on business clients, as well as on the tourists who come to Belgrade on weekends. We have promoted ourselves in a specific way through direct contacts and presentations for business partners. We want to establish a long-term cooperation and become a reliable partner of our clients. The hotel occupancy has been varying, but almost all rooms were occupied in the period October-November. According to our statistics, the most frequent guests in the hotel are Slovenians, followed by Germans, Italians, Croats, the guests from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Austria - says Pejcinovic and adds that Crystal hotel is situated in the vicinity of several diplomatic missions whose guests also stay in the hotel in Internacionalnih Brigada Street.

The hotel has justified the category of four stars, granted in accordance with the criteria of the official categorization. The facility comprises 35 "deluxe" rooms and 9 suites, five of which are "business" suites, one on each of the floors, and four "executive" suites on the top sixth floor with the fantastic view of the city panorama.

The author of the design of the rooms is renowned interior designer Vlada Gugl and his associates from G-dsgn studio. What is specific is that each of the "executive" suites is different in design from the others and that different color is dominant on each of the floors. Combination of materials and custom-made furniture, variety of colors, as well as overall technical equipment adapted to the requests of modern business, make this hotel a real CRYSTAL of the offer of the city of Belgrade. There is plenty of light in the rooms, while the guests in one part of the hotel have an impression that they can touch the Church of St. Sava, especially in the evening hours when the church looks quite impressive thanks to the lighting.

- Our plans for the future concern the glassing of the existing open-air cafe-restaurant on the ground floor, which would be turned into a functional space that can be used during the whole year, and the works on organization of a multipurpose balcony club on the seventh floor, with a fantastic view of Belgrade.
