Terms specified for issuance of licenses to travel agencies - Serbian Parliament amended Tourism Law

The Parliament of Serbia today adopted the amendments to the Tourism Law, which specify the terms of operations of travel agencies and the conditions for issuance of licenses.

As it is stipulated by the amendments to the Tourism Law, the appropriate provisions of the Law that regulate the obligation relations and the protection of consumers and competition will also be applied to the determination of general terms of travel.
