As announced by the Slovenian Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC), the majority owner of Alpina, K&H, has been chosen for its growth strategy, along with keeping the number of employees and the seat in Ziri.

BAMC became the majority owner of Alpina in 2015, and during that time it approved slightly under EUR 24 million in loans to the company and enabled a nearly EUR 20 million debt conversion into ownership capital, says the press release, as reported by SEEBiz.

K&H is part of Franco Group, which consists of 30 companies with key activities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, and has numerous purchasers from Europe, Africa and Asia. This is a successful family company registered in the Czech Republic and owned by Frantisek Pivoda and his two sons, BAMC clarifies, as reported by SEEBiz.
