The Foreign Investors Council (FIC) of Serbia and Montenegro, supported by the OECD - Investment Compact for South East Europe (SEE), will launch the third edition of the White Book on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at 9 a.m. in the Crystal Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Belgrade.
The White Book is a comprehensive list of major problems that investors, sector by sector, face when doing business in Serbia. It also contains suggestions how to overcome the problems to improve the country's investment climate and support general economic growth.
The speakers at the White Book 2005 promotion include:

In addition, chairpersons of the FIC committees will elaborate the specific chapters of the White Book 2005. Press conference will be held after the presentation, in Kopaonik boardroom of the Hyatt Regency.

Foreign Investors Council was founded on July 15, 2002, in a move aimed to improving the investment and business development climate, promoting communication between foreign investors, authorities and the international community, and helping overcome the difficulties encountered by foreign investors. To date, its membership includes nearly 100 major foreign investors representing 12 different nations with accumulated direct investment amounting to more than €2 billion.
