The works on the construction and development of the Industrial Zone in Prokuplje, in which RSD 170 million was invested, have been completed, as the Beta agency learned at the local self-government in that place.

The industrial zone, which spreads on 16 hectares and is located near the Hisar factory in Prokuplje, has been fully urbanized.

All the internal and external traffic routes have been built, as well as the infrastructure, the water and sewer network, which is connected to each parcel, and the telecommunications and power networks.

A “mobile substation” is set up in the industrial zone for now and it will provide energy until a regular substation is built, which will cost an additional RSD 190 million.

So far, three investors, one from Germany and two from Turkey, have announced investments in the Industrial Zone in Prokuplje and the opening of facilities.
