New Symbol of Office Space in Belgrade Skyline AFI Tower Reaches Full Height

Skyline AFI Tower has reached its full height of 132 meters with the construction of the final, 31st floor. The phase of setting up the façade is in progress and is currently at the 24th floor, and the first tenants are expected to move in during the fourth quarter of the current year.

The recent survey carried out by the Ipsos agency has shown that some of the most important parameters that the employees expect from their employers are the location, additional features, natural light and the proximity of green zones. The results of the survey say that, for as many as 89% of the employees, the proximity of cafes, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and stores is extremely important. The proximity of green zones which offer a rich content, including sports courts and developed lanes is important to 83% of the employees. A third of the subjects who have labor contracts stated that they would like for wellness objects to be near the office building or inside it, and 44% would like to have the possibility of using a gym inside the office space.
