Shoes from Vranje on shelves in Italy - Jobs for 450 people at new Sanch factory

- Footwear manufacturer Sanch will open on October 29 a new production-business facility in Vranje, worth about 900,000 euros, and create jobs for 450 people. For this investment, the company has received non-refundable funds from the National Investment Plan in amount of 400,000 euros - Boban Stankovic, the Assistant Mayor of Vranje, told eKapija and added that the production would be primarily intended for export.

Business organization Sanch d.o.o. is an authorized and licensed manufacturer and distributor of Italian fashion brands Zen Age, Zen Lady, Zen Air for the following markets: Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Russia, and the EU countries.

The new factory of Sanch in Vranje occupies an area of 8,000 square meters, at the very entrance to the city, about hundred meters away from E75 highway. The building at 3,800 square meters has a contemporary architectural look and comprises an administrative section, a warehouse for semi-finished products, tailoring, sewing and assembly units, and a warehouse for ready-made products. The facility will unite all the units and warehouses that have been situated in various locations around the city, and it will also enable a significant improvement of working conditions.

In the production of footwear, Sanch exclusively uses natural materials, primarily leather, while raw materials are imported from Italy.

- Models are very attractive, with a specific Italian finish, and they are very comfortable so that consumers can easily recognize the quality and brand - said the people at the Vranje-based company.
