Integral Inzenjering, Srbijaautoput and IG Banjaluka to Design and Build Raca-Bijeljina Highway
The group of bidders consisting of Integral Inzenjering, Srbijaautoput Beograd and IG Banjaluka, with a bid worth BAM 258,169,560, was selected.
This group of bidders was also the only one to submit a bid, which was slightly lower than the estimated value of BAM 260 million.
Let us remind that the text of the tender, which opened in November 2021, says that the Raca-Bijeljina section is around 21 km long.
The planned elements of the section are: Bijeljina Sever interchange with a toll booth; frontal toll booth at the beginning of the section; new customs terminal in the section of the beginning route; maintenance base; rest of the type of double-sided supply station of around 5 km; bridges, viaducts, underpasses, overpasses and other structures in line with the Parcellation Plan and the Preliminary Design.
The main works on the projects include, but are not limited to: the construction of the body of the road and the driving lane structure, a water drainage and treatment system, electrical and mechanical installations, buildings, traffic signalization and equipment, establishment of green areas, interchange and toll booth with a toll collection system, compatible with the existing system on the network of highways in RS.
The deadline for the execution of the works is 36 months from the introduction of the contractor to the project.
The construction of a highway with four lanes, two in each direction, with a median strip and with one breakdown lane on each side is planned. Also, the chosen contractor is supposed to design and build one interchange and connective road, as well as other structures covered by the project task.
