Designers for Sumadija Corridor Selected – Job Worth RSD 1 Billion

Hidroprojekat saobracaj doo Beograd has been selected as the carrier of the job of the designing of the Sumadija Corridor, within the group of bidders also consisting of the faculties of transport and traffic engineering and civil engineering of the University of Belgrade, the Institute for Architecture and Urban Planning of Serbia, DB Inzenjering doo Beograd and the geodetic services agency Geo Team Future from Smederevska Palanka.

The decision on the awarding of the contract was announced by the procuring entity, the PE Corridors of Serbia, and the companies were selected at the tender which was published in late December.

As said, the job is worth RSD 1 billion, without the VAT.

The subject of the public procurement are the services of the preparation of the Preliminary Project of the highway around 136 kilometers long, with a feasibility study, and the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area of the Sumadija Corridor, which the Government of Serbia pronounced a project of special importance for Serbia last year.

The decision says that two bids were sent in response to the tender, one of which was incomplete.
