Za rekonstrukciju hotela "As" 25 miliona evra

Russian company “Njega Tours” from Moscow, which had purchased Hotel “As” in Perazića Do for 5 million German marks, plans to invest about €25m in its reconstruction and enlargement.

The construction of another 15 floors is in progress and when it’s done Hotel “As” will have 148 rooms with 588 beds, 6 VIP and 3 presidential suites.

Within the hotel complex, the guests will have 12 suite villas, 6 restaurants, medical and recreational facilities, four indoor and three outdoor swimming pools, a hall with 400 seats, sports gym, discotheque and casino at their disposal. The hotel will possess a marina for 40 boats, parking lot for 300 vehicles, three heliports, four tennis courts and other facilities.

The reconstruction and enlargement of Hotel “As” will be finished by spring 2007. After that, the hotel should receive 5-star classification.
