The Water Factory in Zrenjanin (Fabrika Vode Zrenjanin) has been sold for RSD 417 million, as confirmed by the court executor Dragan Nikolic for the Vojvodina-based portal Voice.
The purchaser of the facility is Pannonian Water DOO from Belgrade.
According to eKapija’s insight into the data from the website of the Business Registers Agency, Pannonian Water was founded on November 3, 2021, with the seat in New Belgrade. The collection, treatment and distribution of water are listed as its activities.
In addition to Serbia, the directors come from Great Britain, India and Canada. It is a member of EmSerb Water FZE from the United Arab Emirates.
