Farewell to Student Counters – Procurement Procedure Published for Software for Faculties to Move All Administrative Procedures Online
As specified in the technical specification of the tender, the procurement will enable higher education institutions to work more efficiently with modern informatics support. The public invitation defines the purchase of licenses for information systems for 60 higher education institutions and a two-year system maintenance.
The software system is supposed to monitor and organize the education process at the higher education institution.
The module will cover all the functionalities necessary for the registration of students enrolled at first-, second- and third-degree study programs.
When it comes to functionalities for students, the main purpose of the application is to move to the online environment all the administrative procedures which students otherwise have to carry out at counters, whereas the advantage for the employees is that all the administrative procedures that the employees otherwise carry out at the students’ service will be moved online.
The tender is open until February 14.
