"Novosadska banka" to change name into "Erste banka Novi Sad"

The Assembly of "Novosadska banka a.d. Novi Sad" has made the decision about change of the name of the bank into "Erste bank akcionarsko društvo Novi Sad" and adopted changes and supplements to the statute. Director general of "Novosadska banka", Vladimir Medan, announced that the first office with the new name would be opened just before the New Year’s holidays in Belgrade, in Knez Mihailova Street.

"Erste bank" owns 95.6% of "Novosadska banka".
