- Cacanska
Banka is close to end the negotiations on recapitalization with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
(EBRD). The recapitalization may be finished before the end of the year - said Dragan Jovanovic, the Chairman of the bank's Executive Board.
- In that way, the bank's credit potential will be increased for both citizens and the economy sector - said Jovanovic.
He emphasized that the IFC and the EBRD saw Cacanska Banka as a stable finance institution in the market of Serbia, capable of developing and expanding its network.
- With that direct foreign investment, Cacanska Banka will get the new, fresh funds. The IFC and the EBRD will also bring two new credit lines, which will enrich the offer of Cacanska Banka - Jovanovic concluded.
It was announced earlier that the IFC, a part of the World Bank, was considering the recapitalization of Cacanska Banka through the acquisition of 20% of shares and the approval of a loan in amount of 7 million euros. Most Important News
