Hotel Obrenovac Owned by EPS up for Sale – Initial Price Close to RSD 402 Million

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia and Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) have opened the tender for the sale of the complex of Hotel Obrenovac.

The hotel complex in Obrenovac is owned by the Republic of Serbia and EPS and is to be sold as is, at an initial price of RSD 401.9 million.

The complex which is put up for sale consists of the building of the hotel owned by EPS, with a usable floor area of 10,413 m2 and a floor area of 12,301 m2, registered as a hospitality building with nine floors (including a two-tiered ground floor and a loft) and authorized for use, the auxiliary building housing a substation, also owned by EPS, and building land of 5 ha 11 a 80 m2, owned by the Republic of Serbia and EPS.

The hotel building has 105 rooms, three restaurants and a symposium hall.


The sale is being carried out through the collection of written bids, and the sales and purchase price needs to be paid within 15 days of the signing of the agreement.

Bids may be sent by December 20, at 3 PM, at the clerk’s office of the Property Directorate.

Hotel Obrenovac has not been operational for years. Before the floods of 2014, asylum seekers lived there, after which the building temporarily housed the people of Obrenovac who had lost their homes in the floods.
