The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency (Beoland) has published the tender for the designing and construction of the first phase of the waste water treatment facility in Krnjaca.
The job is financed by the European Investment Bank, as part of the project of the construction of the sewer system on the left coast of the Danube in the Belgrade municipality of Palilula.
The project, as said, aims to upgrade the services of treating waste waters before they are poured into the river in the municipalities of Kotez, Krnjaca and Borca.
The facility will include the process of an active sludge with an improved biological removal of phosphorus and the treatment of the sludge, including anaerobic digestion, energy return and solar drying.
