On Sunday, November 28, at 11 AM, the Bratoljub Bridge on the Drina between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republika Srpska), which connects the municipalities of Bratunac and Ljubovija, is to be officially put into operation, the Municipality of Bratunac announced.
The head of the municipality of Bratunac, Srdjan Rankic, the president of the municipality of Ljubovija, Milan Jovanovic, and the director of the PE Ljubovija, Srboslav Jagodic, met on November 23, at the cabinet of Milan Jovanovic, where they talked about the joint preparations for the opening of the border checkpoint and the Bratoljub Bridge.
Furthermore, it is said that representatives of the ministries of internal affairs of Serbia and BiH and representatives of the municipalities of Ljubovija and Bratunac met at the border checkpoint, where the protocol of the opening ceremony was developed in detail.
