Hotel, Pub and 12 Immovable Properties up for Sale in Dimitrovgrad

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has announced the sale of Hotel Balkan, the Zabrdje pub and 12 immovable properties, at an initial price of RSD 24.7 million. The property is owned by Akcionarsko drustvo za ugostiteljstvo i turizam Balkan in bankruptcy.

The package includes parcels, a parking lot and a house.

The public bidding is scheduled for December 21 in Belgrade.
