Contemporary ambient in old city core - Townhouse 50 suite complex opened in Belgrade's center

For all visitors of Belgrade who are searching for accommodation in a peaceful part of the center of the capital city, Townhouse 50 was opened today at 50 Marsala Birjuzova Street. Suites and rooms in this facility represent additional capacities of Townhouse 27 "boutique" hotel, which was opened two years ago. The guests of Townhouse 50 have at their disposal a fitness center with sauna, as well as a cafe that is open for all visitors during the day.

Due to a large number of guests at Townhouse 27, Unigroup company has decided to expand the capacities by opening Townhouse 50, which is situated in the vicinity of the hotel and offers accommodation at somewhat lower prices than Townhouse 27 hotel.

- This three-star facility, which is a dependence of Townhouse 27 hotel, will be attractive, thanks to its look and the image it gains, primarily to the visitors from Serbia. We have decided to turn this facility, which used to be our office space, into suites and rooms primarily because of a big interest in Townhouse 27 hotel. About 300,000 euros were invested in the adaptation – Unigroup CEO Nenad Sarenac told eKapija.

The facility is modernly designed and equipped to offer all the contents that are necessary for a shorter or a longer stay of guests. Townhouse 50 comprises 8 rooms and suites, ranging in size from 20 to 40 square meters, with cable TV, mini bar, direct phone line and wireless Internet.

The author of the look of Townhouse 50, as well as the look of Townhouse 27, is architectural bureau OFF.

- Unlike Townhouse 27, the colors in this space are more vivid, it is organized in a sports way, and it is enriched with a bit of pop culture. An innovation is that this facility comprises the premises for fitness and a sauna. Also, the facility includes a cafe that will be open for all visitors, and not only for the hotel guests, and we also plan to open an open-air cafe – Biljana Cvejic from architectural bureau OFF explained for eKapija.

In the cafe of Townhouse 50, from 6 AM to 11 AM, a buffet breakfast is served for the guests. The offer includes a broad variety of baked goods, as well as various sweet and salty groceries and freshly squeezed juices.

This building also encompasses a garage, which is placed at the disposal of the guests of both facilities.

As Townhouse 50 and Townhouse 27 Director Snezana Milenkovic explained for eKapija, the guests will also be able to rent bicycles and scooters.

- In order to contribute to greater pleasure of our guest, we are constantly doing our best to improve our offer. In addition to organizing transport to the airport, providing paralegal and translation services, we also plan to make it possible for the guests to tour Belgrade – says Milenkovic.
