Five Events at Belgrade Fairgrounds This November
Three fairs are to be held between November 23 and 25, the first of which is the International Energy Fair, which has been the biggest annual regional gathering of companies, corporations, enterprises, institutions and professionals in the sectors of electrical energy, coal, oil, gas, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency and mining for more than 15 years now.
The aim of this event is to connect the obligations, needs and possibilities regarding the supply of energy of optimal quality and cleanness, with as little damage done to people and the environment.
The key topic of this year’s energy fair is “keeping the existing and affirming renewable energy sources”.
Under the joint slogan “The Power of Nature”, at the same time in the same place, the 17th International Fair of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources EcoFair is to be held.
The event is dedicated to the system and mechanisms of environmental protection, with a special focus on the green economy, recycling industry, RES and waste management.
The EcoFair exhibition and conference programs encompass all segments of environmental protection, land, air, water, natural resources, recycling, environmental service markets, local self-government, utility equipment and the non-governmental sector in the field of environmental protection.
It has been announced that the Energy Fair and the Ecology Fair are supported by the Ministry of Mining and Energy and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, with the partnership support of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia.
Also, from November 23 to 25, the 42nd International Fair of Prevention and Response in Emergency Situations and Workplace Health and Safety 112 Expo, is to be held. This fair deals with protection from fire, floods, earthquakes, chemical accidents, workplace injuries, response in emergency situations and workplace health and safety.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy of Serbia.
On the day of the closing of the first three fairs, another two are opening, taking place between November 25 and 28.
At the 15th Fair of Ethnic Food and Drinks, national gastronomic specialties and products characteristic of smaller geographic areas, mostly manually made from organically grown ingredients, will be presented.
The exhibitors are showcasing their products through regional chambers of commerce, cooperatives, local self-governments, producers’ associations, but also individually.
The basic business idea of this event is to establish the trademarks of ethnic products and secure marketing and institutional conditions for numerous traditional and indigenous products and products with a local geographic origin.
It has been announced that, simultaneously, the 35th Expo-zim, the fair of winter sports equipment, which has been a favorite of the fans of winter sports and tourism for decades now, will be held.
The fair allows those interested to find, in one place, sports and recreation equipment, to exchange of service used items and secure favorable tourist arrangements.
It has been announced that the events will be held in line with the epidemiological measures.
