– There’s a problem with labor force. The labor market is becoming truly problematic. In order to expand the jobs and contract new ones, we need to have a space where we will realize those jobs and people with whom we will realize them – Cadez said on RTS.
– Transportation is getting more expensive. What’s already been done within the Open Balkans since the initiative was launched is to shorten the trips between these three countries, for trucks, goods, from Albania to Serbia, by a whole day. That has truly saved money for the companies – said Marko Cadez.
Regarding the World Logistics Passport initiative, which Serbia joined recently, Cadez said that Serbia was the only European country to join the initiative and that this considerably lowered the transportation costs, making the local economy more competitive. He added that, in addition to Serbia, the initiative featured countries of Latin America and north Africa.
