CLS: Deadline for Incinerator in Vinca Extended, Private Partner to Get Another EUR 8.2 Million from Budget
CLS says that the agreement on the public-private partnership for the incinerator in Vinca is “extremely harmful” and that it will cost the people of Belgrade EUR 1.5 billion and warns that the new annexes “additionally worsen” the agreement.
– The entire project is entirely unclear and disputable, because the private partner is supposed to take out a loan and to then make a return during the exploitation of the incinerator, without the state and the city transferring money to them in advance – the statement says.
