Prices of medicines from positive list in Serbia to go up
Government of Serbia has allowed increase of 4% in prices of medicines that are on the positive list of the Republic Medical Insurance Institute, whereas domestic manufacturers are free to raise prices by 10%. The increase will not have affect on the citizens’ budget, but it will additionally burden Medical Insurance Fund. Total effect of this decision on inflation will amount to about 0.15%.
