A consortium of four companies has won the contract at the tender for the execution of the preparatory works on the development of the construction site for the building of the new university children’s hospital Tirsova 2 in Belgrade.
The works will be carried out by Belgrade-based companies Novkol, Sky Technologies, WD Concord West and Srbijaautoput.
The value of the jobs is EUR 6.23 million without the VAT, and the agreement was signed on September 30.
The tender said that the works were expected to start in September 2021 and be completed by April 2022.
According to earlier announcements, the construction of Tirsova 2 on 6,000 m2, which will cost around EUR 100 million, including the procurement of the equipment, was supposed to start in the summer of 2021.
A half of this sum, EUR 54 million, will come from the proceeds from the loan of the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB). The ad reminds that the loan agreement between Serbia and CEB was signed in November 2019 in Paris.
