Galeb Group plans construction of production unit in Bijeljina

Galeb Group from Serbia plans construction of a unit for production of electronics and machines in Bijeljina, in which about 30 people would get jobs.

After the meeting with Bijeljina Mayor Mica Micic, Radoslav Veselinovic, the owner of Galeb Group, said that one of the reasons why they had decided to take that step were good terms offered by the municipality of Bijeljina.

- We also find the conditions acceptable from the aspect of taxes and contributions in the Republic of Srpska, and I think it is also a positive thing that we have been welcomed here - said Veselinovic, pointing out that investors have no reason to come to a foreign country and invest their capital if they are not received well.

He explained that the production units meant new technologies and modern equipment, as well as that, based on previous business experiences, the unit in Bijeljina might have a turnover of few million euros.

Micic said that the municipality had offered Galeb Group a location in the industrial zone in Bijeljina.
