The Austrian company Supernova will soon start building a retail park near the Ardija settlement, where it bought land several years ago, said the mayor of Nis, Dragana Sotirovski, on TV Zona Plus.
This is a shopping center which resembles Stop Shop and which will be close to the future apartments for members of the security forces. As announced earlier, Supernova MTK Centar owns land where a facility of 16,500 m2 is supposed to be raised.
The mayor says that there are no concrete deadlines for the construction, that they have their own land in Nis and that what remains to be seen is how much time is needed for them to get all the necessary documents and permits. Nis was also visited by the owner of Supernova, who got to know the city, and he was especially pleased with the possibility of landing directly in Nis from Austria.
Supernova MTK Centar is the leading Austrian company which deals in real estate, and their specialty are investments in development and management of shopping centers and retail parks in central and southeast Europe. So far, they’ve realized 105 large projects in Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia.
